Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

the food was great and we didn’t have to wait to sit or to be served. the staff was friendly and the food is inexpensive for how good it is and how much you get. The interior is on the cozier side, which I liked, and it isn’t too hot or cold. You can pay with cash or card and as I said before it’s pretty inexpensive for what you get.

I am Vietnamese and I highly recommend you guys try this place one time as the perfect model of my traditional food. It’s not only the closet home taste of the “Pho”, but also the friendly and comfortable atmosphere of this place. Pho 9 is always my choice when I go to Cherry Hill. There is no advertisement here Lol. Let’s come and try ❤️ “Pho deluxe and Padthai are the best”

Kind of small in there . Not sure if my soup was supposed to have uncooked meat . Also the note disclaimer wasn’t reassuring. They should give samples to new customers so they can know what they’re getting . Last thing is stop telling me what is should tip and let me make the decision.

Daughter invited me to Pho 9 and said “it opens up at 10am!” Let’s go! And you know what? It was excellent! She got the vegetable and tofu and I got brisket in beef broth. The taste was amazing. Flavor beyond your comprehension. Like the old Maxwell House commercial, “good to the last drop!” The place is clean and the people are very nice. It was a very nice experience! So we will be back for other items on the menu!

The best Pho spot EVER! My food always comes out quickly and it’s very consistent! They’ve mastered their broth so whatever Pho you get is so authentic. The meat is fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere is very calm and inviting. The service is simple, and my food always comes out quickly. Highly recommend!!
